International 470 Sailing Dinghy in CLONTARF, Queensland for sale

This sturdy fibreglass dinghy needs only a small amount of TLC to restore her to her to the condition of her former olympic racing days.
I originally bought her with the intention of teaching my grandkids to sail but on closer inspection I find that she's too complicated to rig and far to fast and flighty for that. I have now bought a more sensible and tamer sailing boat for that purpose.
She comes complete with all spars, fittings and sails (1x mainsail, 2 x headsails and 2 x spinnakers), trapese harness and launching trolley. No trailer but she will sit on top of an ordinary road trailer.
The hull is sound but needs a good cut and polish or a respray if you want perfection. Also the timber gunwhale strips need replacing and it is minus a spinnaker pole. Apart from that you can take it sailing as is.
Just the expensive tapered alloy mast and fittings are worth what I'm asking for the complete outfit but make me a sensible offer anyway and she's yours.
