Room available in amazing 3 bedroom apartment on Margate Beach!! in CLONTARF, Queensland for sale

Hi!! My name is Adam, I’m 25, I'm a chemical engineer in the oil and gas industry, and work just down the road from my apartment. I am looking for a new housemate! I have lived with guys and girls all through my uni days so I’m used to having people live with me. I’m looking to meet someone new, fun, fit, cool, into music and likes to have a few drinks on the weekend. Myself, I’m pretty easy going, I play footy (AFL) and I jet set around the place a bit for work, and Charles my other housemate loves to fish on weekends.
The room for rent has big windows, air con, swipe card for building access, and you can use your own bed or a queen sized bed that’s already here. The room also has reverse cycle air conditioning, though you never seem to need it with the beach breeze we get. My previous housemate will be moving out soon as she has gotten a job down in Canada, so I’m hoping i can find someone to move right in that’s fits in well :).
The rent for the room is $145 p/w, to be paid fortnightly. Electricity is shared between housemates, and is $15 p/w on top of rent, with any excess split between us. I take care of the water/gas/internet bills. There is also ample undercover parking available. The last fortnight of rent is to be paid up front to secure the room.
